At the end of 2024, Bourbon Specialty Coffees received the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification, a recognition awarded to companies that stand out for fostering a positive work environment and an organizational culture based on trust.
The certification is the result of a survey conducted by the GPTW institute, which evaluates employees’ perceptions of the company. The process considers factors such as respect, equity, credibility, and team spirit in the workplace.
For Bourbon, the certification reflects its long-term commitment to a healthy and collaborative work environment. “People have always been an essential part of our history. This recognition reinforces that we are on the right path,” says Adriani de Sá, the company’s Administrative Manager.
The GPTW certification is valid for one year and places Bourbon Specialty Coffees among the certified companies in Brazil, further strengthening its reputation in the specialty coffee market.
