We focus on the production and export of high-quality specialty coffees. Our work involves selecting the finest beans in partnership with producers from Brazil’s most renowned regions.
We prioritize sustainable and ethical practices throughout our supply chain, ensuring not only the quality of our coffees but also the well-being of the communities involved in their production. This is made possible by the commitment and expertise of our specialized team, who work tirelessly to uphold the highest standards at every stage of the process.
Our goal is to provide not only excellent coffee beans but also personalized service and a long-term partnership. We are committed to understanding each client’s unique needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their specific demands.
It all started with two cousins who came from coffee producing families, and realized the potential of their product after winning two important coffee contests in 1999: the cup of excelence and the illy contest. In 2000 Cristiano Ottoni and Gabriel de Carvalho Diasfounded Bourbon.
Since its inauguration in 2000, Bourbon Specialty Coffees has become a benchmark in the specialty coffee industry. Initially starting out with five people and a modest office in Poços de Caldas, the company has grown and stood out for its commitment to innovation, quality and sustainability.
Over the years, they have invested in advanced technologies, partnerships with local producers and research projects to improve the quality of their coffees. The launch of the Micro Lot Project in 2016 and the transformation of the Cachoeira da Grama farm into a research center exemplify this commitment. In this way, Bourbon Specialty Coffees continues its journey towards excellence, seeking to raise the standards of the specialty coffee industry.
