On February 22, 2024, Bourbon Specialty Coffees held the 11th edition of its traditional Espírito Santo Mountains Specialty Coffee Competition. The event brought together around 130 producers in the city of Venda Nova do Imigrante, Espírito Santo, with the aim of recognizing and valuing the best coffees of the crop year.
The coffees competed together, without separate categories, and were evaluated based on criteria such as flavor, acidity, and body. After sensory analysis, the top ten winners were selected:

The winners received cash prizes as an incentive and recognition for their work in producing high-quality coffees. Additionally, the competition reinforces Bourbon Specialty Coffees’ commitment to valuing local producers and strengthening the specialty coffee market.
The event highlighted the importance of producing differentiated and sustainable coffees, promoting greater visibility for producers and contributing to the expansion of Brazilian specialty coffee in both national and international markets.
